Meditative Dance sessions are open to all, no previous experience of dance, yoga, meditation, or spiritual practice. Although Meditative Dance incorporates all of these elements, the primary focuses of the class is on “being present to what is” and meeting yourself where you are. This practice provides an opportunity for deep self-discovery, developing awareness and acceptance all part of the dance experience. Meditative Dance sessions range from 60 -90 minutes in length, during this time you will be able to tune into the qualities of your breathing and heartbeats, discovering healing properties in even the most simple of your movements, facilitating the expression of your own personal story through dance.
